- Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates to match job requirements
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in IT Recruitment or SAP Recruitment is a strong advantage
- Good command of English communication is preferred
