Job Title: Data Engineer / Data & Analytics Specialist
Role Overview

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Build Data Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest data from various sources into our Data Warehouse.
- Data Architecture: Structure and optimize our Data Lake and Data Warehouse (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, or Redshift) for maximum performance and cost-efficiency.
- Data Modeling: Transform complex datasets into clean, well-structured tables that empower our Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Data Scientists.
- Quality & Governance: Implement data validation checks and monitoring to ensure "one version of the truth" and maintain high data integrity.
- Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and analysts to understand their data needs and turn business questions into technical solutions.
The Skills We Value (Qualifications)
- SQL Mastery: You can write complex, highly optimized queries in your sleep.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or Scala for data manipulation and automation.
- Big Data Tech: Experience with modern data tools like Apache Airflow, dbt (Data Build Tool), or Spark.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-based data services (AWS Glue, Google Cloud Dataflow, etc.).
