What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Innovation: Research and implement new technologies that can improve our development velocity or system performance.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Strong Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
• The Stack: Proficiency in our core technologies (e.g., Node.js, Go, Python, React, or Flutter).
• Quality Mindset: Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and TDD (Test-Driven Development).
• DevOps Awareness: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Adaptability: A lifelong learner who stays updated with the latest industry trends and is not afraid to jump into a new language or framework.
